Why won't my credit card order work?
	We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Each credit card transaction must be a minimum of $10.00. If you need to place an order under $10.00, please call our customer service representative at (800) 338-2232.

When will I receive my order?

	If you're ordering from oustide the United States, please call a customer service representative at (800) 338-2232 to complete your transaction. The representative will calculate the special shipping rate for your region.

Will I be charged sales tax?
	Customers with a Minnesota billing address will be charged 6.9 percent sales tax on the subtotal (before shipping). Customers with billing addresses in other states will not be charged any sales tax.

Can I be billed after the order is shipped?
	No, all orders must be prepaid before we ship the books.

	Please send us an E-mail with your name, contact information, and purpose of your request. Be sure to include the title of the Meadowbrook Press poem/book you would like to use, the year of its publication, and the name of the author. E-mail all information to our Editorial Department and we will process your request as soon as possible.
